Editor's Note

I hope that the collection of stories and this week's positivity exercises will bring you some hope and help you find positive moments in your own life. As our mission states, we hope this weekly newsletter can help in a small way to move everyone toward seeing and sharing more goodness in the world. It isn't always easy, but it is always worth doing.

Positivity in Practice

Be Kind to Yourself

Inspiration comes from the most interesting and unexpected places. Earlier this week, I was scrolling on my phone, and I saw a post that said, 'Hey, remember to give yourself the same amount of grace this week, but you're planning to extend everyone else.' 🤯

It is a very simple idea, but it had a very big impact on me. I'm hoping that this might stick with you too. If you're anything like me, you are your worst critic, and you never run out of things you can be doing better. Even as you are doing that to yourself, you are a bottomless fountain of support and compliments, and positive energy for the people in your life.

So I want you to take this opportunity to be that bottomless well of support for yourself it's the beginning of the year. It is just as important to be kind to yourself as it is to be kind to others.

Email us and let us know how it goes. We may feature you in a future issue.
